Set up autopay

We highly recommend setting up recurring payments on the web or within the Arivo Acceptance app to ensure your payments are made in a timely manner with the lowest cost to you.

Arivo requires comprehensive and collision coverage. To ensure proper protection, please confirm the following:

  • Your name is listed on the insurance policy.
  • The deductible is $1,000 or less (recommended).
  • Arivo is listed as the lienholder on the policy.
  • Your insurance company has Arivo's mailing address listed as:

Send your insurance information with your name and account number to us at insverify@arivo.com or call us at 801.993.0400.

Generally, payments are applied in the following order:

  • Accrued interest
  • Principal balance
  • Fees assessed to the account

Set up autopay by downloading the Arivo Acceptance app on the App Store or Google Play, log in to your Arivo.com account, or call us directly at 801.993.0400.
Contact your account manager at 801.993.0400 to discuss any issues with making your payment.
Titles will be released to the address of the payor on file 15 business days after funds clear on the payoff.
Please submit all credit inquiries and disputes in writing to CBRdisputes@arivo.com with any credit-related questions or concerns regarding your account.
If your vehicle is damaged, notify your insurance provider immediately. Report any damage or claim information to Arivo at insurance@arivo.com or by phone at 801.993.0400.
