Anti-Spam Policy

Arivo Acceptance, LLC

1. Zero Tolerance

Arivo strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited electronic messages (spam). We do not allow anyone to use our products, services, or name for the purpose of sending spam, nor do we allow our website to be advertised using unsolicited messages.

2. Definition of Spam

For the purposes of this policy, "spam" refers to any unsolicited commercial email or SMS text message. This includes any promotional message sent to a person without their direct prior consent or explicit opt-in.

3. Prohibited Actions

  • Sending messages to purchased, rented, or harvested contact lists.
  • Continuing to send messages to recipients who have requested to opt-out or replied "STOP".
  • Disguising the origin of a message or using false header information.
  • Advertising Arivo's website, products, or services through unsolicited messages sent via third-party networks.

4. Opt-Out and Compliance

All legitimate marketing communications from Arivo will include a clear and conspicuous method for the recipient to opt-out (such as an "unsubscribe" link or instructions to text "STOP"). We strictly comply with all relevant anti-spam legislation, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe you have received unsolicited messages promoting Arivo, please forward the message or report the incident to wecare@arivo.com. We investigate all complaints and will take immediate action, up to and including termination of any employee, affiliate, or partner found violating this policy.
